Background information about the logo
A while ago, dragonflies surrounded me. They knocked on my window, flew against my head or swarmed around me. The time a dragonfly unexpectedly landed in my opened hand, was a beautiful experience. The dragonfly represents transformation and I realized that a big transformation was about to happen to me.
The dragonfly also represents the emotional and intellect. During its life, it first goes through several phases in the water, the emotion. After that, it takes to the air, the thinking or consciousness. It leaves her old body behind, the transformation. And it takes a while before it gets its true colours, the rainbow on its wings.
Ever since, a lot has changed in my life and I have learned to follow my heart more and more. The dragonfly is my talisman. It reminds me that we are light and we are supposed to reflect this.
Designer Esmee Keuren of Keur & Vorm, has designed this beautiful logo for Sarah & Hannah.
Because the dragonfly has such an important place in my life, it forms the centre of the logo.
In the logo, the dragonfly is surrounded by the Flower of Life, which symbolises the growth of all life.
The Flower of Life is organic and moves and grows with time. This allows the dragonfly to transform.
Encircled, like the circle of a mala, an endless proceeding.
All of this seamlessly connects to the development and intentions of Sarah & Hannah.
